about

Rafał Gorzycki – drums, percussion
Sebastian Gruchot – acoustic & electric violin, viola, live electronics

I hunger for music that would redefine jazz, improvisation, electronic and chamber music. Modern improvised music which we might still call jazz as well as the chamber and electronic music of the 20th and 21st century have only recently begun to complete, interpenetrate and inspire each other. Today, for the first time since the era of the Polish Radio Experimental Studio and since jazz was merged with electronic music at the turn of 1960s and 1970s, music is becoming intriguing again.

All tunes composed by R. Gorzycki & S. Gruchot except tune 08 composed by R. Gorzycki

In his Norwegian recitations, S. Gruchot loosely quotes Sigmund Freud's statements on
existential themes. The finest of all the quotations is: “God could not be everywhere so he
created mothers”
